Privacy Policy

The short version: what you share with us is used to promote you and your episode of Feral and Fabulous. We never sell, rent, trade or give away your information.

Who we are

Feral and Fabulous is a weekly video talk show and podcast hosted by Kim Howell and produced in San Antonio, Texas. This policy covers the guest information form and the Feral and Fabulous Studio at studio.feralandfabulouspodcast.com.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, nickname, phone number and email.
• Public profile details: your role or business, a short bio, social media handles, websites and organizations you'd like tagged.
• Photos you upload.
• Story notes: how you know Kim, topics you'd like to talk about, fun facts, things you love or can't stand, and anything you'd like us to keep off social media.
• Your sharing preferences, such as whether it's OK to tag you.

We don't use advertising trackers on these pages.

How we use it

Only to prepare and promote your episode and the show, including:

• Planning your conversation with Kim, including the Feral or Fabulous game.
• Tagging you and linking your profiles, websites and businesses in our posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Using your photos, name, bio and links in social posts, thumbnails, episode descriptions and show notes, and on our website.
• Talking about you and your work on the show.
• Contacting you about your shoot and your episode, for example to send your episode link and clips.

What stays private

• We never post your phone number or email address.
• We respect what you list as off limits. It stays out of our social posts.
• If you tell us not to tag you, we won't.

We don't sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, trade or give your information to anyone for their own marketing. The only places it goes are the services we use to run the show, and only to do that job:

• Secure hosting and storage for this form, the Studio and your photos (Supabase and Vercel).
• Our file storage and editing tools (such as Dropbox and Descript).
• Our post scheduler (Publer) and the social networks themselves, when we publish posts about your episode.
• AI tools that help our team draft posts and plan content, working only for us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your episode is being produced and promoted, and afterward so we can keep sharing your episode and invite you back. Ask us any time and we'll delete it. Posts already published, and the episode itself, are covered by your video release.

Your choices

• Update your answers any time using the same private link we sent you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@feralandfabulouspodcast.com.

Keeping it safe

Your private link is the key to your form, so please don't share it. Your information and photos are stored privately and only our team can see them.

Guests under 18

If a guest is under 18, a parent or guardian should fill out or approve the form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
